Payment Terms & Conditions

•A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation.

•The remaining balance must be paid before receiving the appraisal report.

•Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

•The appraisal report will only be released upon receipt of full payment.

•Clients have a 72-hour window period after paying the 50% deposit in order to opt-out and terminate the Appraisal.

•A termination letter must be submitted via email within this timeframe to qualify for a full refund.

•Cancellations received after the 72-hour window will forfeit the deposit.

•If the appraisal has already commenced, additional charges may apply.

•Darryn Brick Appraisals disclaims responsibility for errors, omissions and misinformation provided by the client.

•The appraisal fee remains unchanged regardless of any subsequent judicial outcomes.

•We cannot guarantee outcomes in judicial matters where appraisals are used.

•Our valuations are based on information available at the time of inspection and market conditions at that date.

•No waivers to these terms are permitted without formal written amendments.

•Any amendments must be signed by all parties to be valid.

•Verbal agreements or modifications are not binding.

•Darryn Brick operates as a registered Sworn Appraiser under the Master of the High Court Cape Town jurisdiction.

•All valuations are conducted in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
